I totally listen to audio books while at the gym. I just found out that I can listen to my audio books on my eBook reader too.
But i have to listen to my trashy novels sometimes too so I can have some down time and let my brain rest..
Great tip Brian, time can slip away when you watch tv, listen to music, entertainment should not be full time event if you’re not in entertainment industry,lol. Thanks for sharing this, I’m going to increase my use of the mobile university!
